[CBL Brand Vision Unveiled|LEAD, UNITE, TRIUMPH]05/15/2025
As the 2025 CBL Group Stage draws to a close, Conqueror’s Blade now marches into the thrilling Knockout Stage. Time flies — and with it, we realize that Warlords have stood by CBL for six incredible years.
Looking back, six years ago, there were no official tournaments in Conqueror’s Blade. CBL didn’t even exist.
In 2020, we hosted our first official event: the “Conqueror’s Aid Cup” — a name born from a global crisis we faced together.
The top 8 teams in “Conqueror’s Aid Cup” made a deeply moving decision: to donate the entire prize to the Red Cross. It was the first time that the developers and players united behind a shared cause, laying down the foundation of CBL’s core — unite and triumph.
Since then, CBL has welcomed over 700 teams and more than 12,000 participants. From the Great Wall of North China to the cathedrals of Europe, from the Rocky Mountains of North America to the golden deserts of the Middle East — our players have left their mark across the globe.
Battlefields may shift, but the blood that burns in every Warlord’s heart remains. The times change, but our belief in this journey must endure.
CBL steps into a new year, and so do the journeys of our Warlords. There are too many tales worth telling, too many spirits worth celebrating.
So today, we share this tribute—a small but sincere footnote to all the courage we’ve seen, heard, and felt. We call it — LEAD, UNITE, TRIUMPH
LEAD — It's not about command, it’s about leading from the front.
For anyone striving for victory, the worst fate is chaos — no clear orders, scattered teammates, an unresponsive rear guard. When every soldier fights alone, defeat is inevitable. No hand to lead, no path to follow.
And that’s the soul of Conqueror’s Blade. It’s never been about lone wolves charging blind. It’s about sharp calls, united will, and bold decisions that bring shared victory.
Take Legolas, a seasoned commander and CN streamer from team CNC. He made waves in CBL with his iconic tactic: opening the gates while defending and launching a surprise cavalry charge. The crowd was stunned — but behind the brilliance was endless study of unit tactics and constant coordination with his team.
Legolas met his teammates in 2019. Their synergy was forged in countless siege battles. When CBL came, he realized his squad excelled at cavalry. So he built a tactic around it, tailored precisely to their strengths.
Before every match, he assigned units and roles. Every teammate knew their mission. Once the battle started, they became his eyes—reporting enemy movements in real-time. At the perfect moment, they’d storm out together, galloping toward glory. Even when a rear guard sacrifice was needed, a single “Watch the flank!” was enough. No complaints. Only trust.
That’s what “LEAD” means in Conqueror’s Blade. And it’s not reserved for those in the spotlight.
Maybe in the real world, you’re a student, a factory worker, an office clerk just trying to make ends meet. But in Conqueror’s Blade, your troops await your command. Their steeds' hooves scrape the earth, breath steaming in the cold, yearning for your next charge.
Each time you dive into the enemy ranks, shoulder to shoulder, you are leading them forward — toward victory.
UNITE — Believe in the Power of “Us”
Teamwork. It’s the eternal secret to triumph in any multiplayer battlefield. In the chaos of a 15v15 battlefield, lone wolves fall fast.
But unity in Conqueror’s Blade goes beyond in-game tactics. It lives in the real bonds forged outside the screen.
We still remember the story from 2021. A 24-year-old Warlord had just graduated—only to be diagnosed with a glioma brain tumor. His friends turned to the community for help, posting on the forums. Hundreds of Warlords responded. One message read, “Helping him means more than winning any Territory War.”
Thanks to the generosity of the players, he was able to receive surgery.
Conqueror’s Blade is not just a battlefield. It’s a brotherhood. A home.
Another Warlord, [3000 songs], once wrote a long tribute to the Fire Lancers. He didn’t choose them because they were strong — he chose them because he loved them.
Even when Winged Hussars reigned supreme, he never gave up on his Lancers.
He wrote: “Do you have a Unit you truly love? One you refuse to abandon? If you always chase the meta, then it’s not you playing the Unit — it’s the Unit playing you.”
To him, the Fire Lancers weren’t just numbers—they were brothers-in-arms.
In this world without blood ties, we’ve proven what “brotherhood” really means:
Through thick and thin. Through storm and fire.
Even in hardship, we never back down —
Because we believe in the power of “Us”.
TRIUMPH — It’s not about victory. It’s about never backing down.
We’ve seen countless stories of winning in Conqueror’s Blade.
But true glory has never lived in the leaderboard. It lives in the moment you refuse to quit. In the back turned to retreat but never giving up.
In 2021, a team from Southeast Asia was struck by devastating floods.
They didn’t withdraw.
They paddled through submerged streets, crossing ruined districts in boats—just to find a functioning cybercafé.
They made it. They even posted a group photo: “Rowing to the tournament.”
Their faces were soaked, but their eyes were on fire.
And last year, during CBL, a Ukrainian team requested a schedule change. Based on the rules, the request was to be denied —
Until they revealed the truth: they were in a war zone. Their city suffered power outages, strict curfews, and only a narrow window during the day for stable electricity.
Every login was a race against reality.
The CBL team made an exception. The team played.
At that point, victory didn’t matter. We don’t remember if they won.We remember they showed up. That is TRIUMPH.
It belongs to those who refuse to run. To those who never log out, even when the odds are stacked.
Sometimes, glory isn’t winning.
It’s showing up when you know you might lose — and fighting anyway.
If these six years were a diary, it would be 2,190 pages long. It’d weigh 11 kilograms.
But even that wouldn’t hold all the stories our Warlords have lived.
So, let this serve as our humble tribute to each and every one of you: LEAD, UNITE, TRIUMPH.
